Clinical experience: My style of my supervision involves a combination of the implementation of person-centered and psychoanalytical frameworks. Our work together will promote personal and professional growth. The key to clinical supervision is the safety to become vulnerable to identify and analyze emotions and experiences openly and honestly. I do feel that there is a parallel process between professional and personal growth and being able to model for your clients. There’s no one right way to do things, and while I am happy to share my own thoughts and experiences with similar situations, the best way I serve you as a supervisor is to help you feel supported and feel grounded in the principles and values of your work. I want you to find your genuine voice in your client-therapist relationships as well as other professional relationships. I would love to schedule a free consultation with you, to see if we are a good fit. Texts work best but feel free to email me.

In my private practice I am able to see the clients that I most prefer and thus able to sharpen my skills with that particular population. I offer supervision to social worker interns, assisting in preparation for the clinical exam. I also want to extend the intern experience to those that are interested in private practice. My goal is not only to help you help your clients but also to help you grow your skills and confidence as a clinician for business endeavors in the future.
