I started my private practice, Reimagine Life, LLC, in 2017, where I was able to gain more experience and become more passionate for working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Over the past 4 years, I worked as Assistant Clinical Director at The Bougainvilla House where I was able to strengthen my clinical work, grow professionally, and focus on my niche in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Areas of interest: I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, life transitions, anger management, and ADHD. I appropriately use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, where I create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and grow confidently.
